finally dicided go for blood donation.. really nervous at that time~*
when the nurse poke the anesthetics, that was too pain T_T
i damn regret at the moment, i though when started donate will more pain..
yet, unexpectedly its no pain at all, i can said its no feeling^^ haha.. surprising rite@_^
compare with my frenz, i just donated less then them..
most of them donated 450ml, i just donated 300/350ml.. their word too messy cant see properly^^hehe
